What you're seeing
- A real NOMAE tracker held by its magnets on the top plate of a lat pulldown weight stack.
- One set at 25 kg. The tracker rides the stack up and down with every rep.
- The NOMAE app counted 8 of 8 reps. Each rep counts at its top.
- Rep speed stayed level through the set: no slowdown, so there was plenty left in the tank.
Speed is best read against your own earlier sets on the same machine, setup and weight. NOMAE doesn't publish an accuracy figure. Counts can be fixed with a tap before you save.
