Accessibility

NOMAE should work for everyone who trains, including people who use a screen reader, larger text, reduced motion or no sound. This statement covers the NOMAE app for iPhone and iPad, the NOMAE app for Android, the tracker and nomae.com.au.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, applied to mobile apps, and to support the accessibility features built into iOS, iPadOS and Android. NOMAE partially conforms: most of the app meets the standard, and the exceptions we know about are listed below.

What works today

Known limitations

We're working through these, and update this statement when something changes.

How we checked

NOMAE assessed the app and website itself, against WCAG 2.2 Level AA and Apple's and Google's accessibility guidance, most recently on 7 October 2026. There has been no independent audit yet.

Tell us about a barrier

If something in NOMAE doesn't work for you, or you need information in another format, email [email protected] or use Settings → Send feedback in the app. Tell us what you were trying to do, and which phone and accessibility features you use. A person will reply within five business days, and we'll tell you what we will do about it.

If you aren't satisfied with our response, you can contact the Australian Human Rights Commission, which handles complaints under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992.
