Shipping, pre-orders and refunds

NOMAE is sold by nomaepc, a registered Australian business name (ABN 46 229 118 548), based in Brisbane, Queensland. Questions: [email protected].

Pre-orders

NOMAE is currently sold as a pre-order. The founding batch is manufactured and tested after pre-orders close, so your unit does not ship straight away. The estimated shipping date is shown on the shop page at the time you order. It is an estimate, not a guarantee, and we will email you if it changes.

Your card is charged when you place the pre-order.

Cancel any time before shipping

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund, for any reason, any time before your unit ships. Email us with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

If we cannot ship within a reasonable time of the estimate, or cannot deliver the product as described, we will refund you in full.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. Shipping is free and tracked with Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Delivery times after dispatch are set by Australia Post.

Please check your delivery address at checkout. Contact us quickly if it is wrong.

Returns and faults

Change of mind: you can return an unused unit in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first; return postage is paid by you.

Faulty or not as described: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. For a faulty unit we cover return postage.

Price and tax

Prices are in Australian dollars. nomaepc is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
