The NOMAE app is free for iPhone (iOS 17 or later). No subscription needed to track; Coach is optional, with 3 months free per tracker. **Will it fit my gym?** Weight-stack machines with a pin: lat pulldown, seated row, chest press, shoulder press, leg extension, leg curl, leg press and cable stations. Plate-loaded and Smith machines are still being tested. Not for barbells or dumbbells. It streams movement data over Bluetooth to the free iPhone app so the app can count reps and record sets. NOMAE FIT is its Brisbane-based Australian seller. **What's it made of?** Glass bead blasted aluminium. The see-through pictures are renders that show what's inside. **What if something is wrong?** If there is a fault, contact support with your order number. Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply. You can also cancel an order before it ships. **How accurate is the count?** We're measuring that now, on real gym machines with sets counted independently, and the results will go up on this site. Until then we don't quote an accuracy figure. Every count in the app says where it came from, and if one is off you can correct it in a tap; your correction is labelled and the tracker's own count is kept. **Do I need a subscription?** No. The tracker and the app's logging, counting and progress are free to use for as long as you own it. The optional AI coach is a separate add-on. A new NOMAE tracker comes with 3 months of Coach free (once per tracker). **What phone do I need?** An iPhone running iOS 17 or later, with the free NOMAE app. Android is in development. **Do you ship outside Australia?** Not yet: Australia first, with free tracked shipping. If you're elsewhere, email us and we'll tell you when we ship to you. **Can I use the app before the tracker arrives?** Yes, once the app is public.
